With over 8 years of experience in leadership, operations and marketing, Erin has a demonstrated ability to enhance organizational efficiency and cultivate positive work environments. She has successfully managed internal operations including media, legal services, and startups where she led employee engagement programs, coordinated leadership events, and developed DEI initiatives. Her expertise extends to marketing strategies and implementing comprehensive policies that support both business growth and employee wellness. 

This diverse experience highlights Erin’s ability to adapt and excel, consistently contributing to the success of teams and organizations through strategic planning and supportive leadership. Erin is a DC native but has happily planted her roots in Richmond with her husband and two children. She is thrilled to be a part of the Shockoe Institute team where she is eager to apply her skills and passion for operational excellence and marketing to advance the Institute’s mission and drive meaningful impact.
