For more than 25 years, Tim has enjoyed engaging with donors to achieve their philanthropic goals by ensuring a deep connection to the work they support. Tim worked at Communities In Schools, a national organization empowering students to stay in school and achieve in life, for nearly a decade, ultimately serving as Vice President of Advancement. He has also overseen fundraising efforts for Monticello and Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company and worked at People For the American Way and the LGBTQ Victory Fund.  

 In a consulting capacity, Tim has engaged with numerous national and local organizations, including Management Leadership for Tomorrow, Monticello, Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Service Dogs of Virginia, and Communities In Schools of Northern Virginia.  

 Tim earned a BA in English from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and his MBA from Western Governors University.
