Todd B. Waldo’s more than twenty-five years of engineering experience helps executives, and their teams develop enterprise-wide strategies and systems. Across technology, healthcare, nonprofit and higher education sectors in multiple markets across the country, his work not only impacts the organization but also the community around it.   

Also, during this time, he has become an accomplished artist, speaker, host, and moderator boasting a diverse portfolio of international, national, and local engagements. Renowned for expertly producing captivating events, his expertise transcends boundaries, fostering transformative dialogues. A sought-after luminary, he blends profound insights with eloquence, leaving an indelible mark on global platforms. 

All of this carries over into his service and advocacy in the Richmond community. From his class at VCU’s da Vinci Center for Innovation to his nonprofit board service, Todd’s passion is to serve, inspire and entertain.  He serves on the Board of Directors for Better Housing Coalition, The Richmond Forum, and Afrikana Institute. He also serves on the VCU School of Engineering Industrial Advisory Board.
